Shipping policy

Order processing times. After an order is placed, the order will be processed and ready to ship within 3 business days. Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next business day. Weekends and major holidays do not count as business day. 

Domestic Shipping Only:  We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our capabilities to support international orders soon — stay tuned! If that changes, we will update this page and notify customers.

Order Confirmation:  You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. All Fresh Forensics confirmation codes start with FF.

Potential service interruptions Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If anything were to prevent timely arrival of your product or service we will make all efforts to communicate with you and inform you of the cause of the delay and expected arrival.
